PTM represents the highest standards in pharmaceutical manufacturing, Roche’s largest and most innovative packaging center, and the supply of more than 120 countries.

As an Asset Excellence Lead, you play a key role in ensuring stable, GMP-compliant, safe and high-performing production in a highly dynamic environment, particularly within the area of Rugged Products and Vials.### The Opportunity In this role, you oversee all compliance, quality and improvement activities related to equipment, processes and products. You ensure stable operations, support regulatory readiness and lead your team in a motivating, positive working environment.
* Ensure GMP-compliant, safe, stable and PQS-aligned production with specific responsibility for rugged products and vials.
* Review and release batch documentation and ensure ongoing inspection readiness.
* Lead and drive improvement projects focused on quality, safety, performance, productivity and cost efficiency.
* Manage and support the introduction of new products, processes and equipment.
* Collaborate intensively with cross-functional partners to implement process and equipment optimizations.
* Create, coordinate and approve manufacturing instructions, SOPs and other GMP documentation.
* Process market complaints and implement corrective and preventive actions.
* Implement hygiene and zoning concepts and ensure that required trainings are carried out.
* Promote LEAN thinking and continuous improvement within the team.
* Provide day-to-day people leadership, maintain motivation, foster a positive team atmosphere and support your team under pressure.### Who you areYou bring strong leadership capability, a focus on quality and the ability to work calmly and effectively in demanding situations. You enjoy developing people, building trust and driving improvements.
* Proven leadership experience with the ability to motivate teams, maintain a positive team spirit and handle stressful or high-pressure situations effectively.
* Experience in pharmaceutical production, development or quality, ideally with rugged products and vials.
* Strong quality mindset, analytical and strategic thinking and the ability to navigate complex topics.
* Excellent communication skills in German and English, combined with openness, resilience, flexibility and motivation.
* A scientific or technical degree or equivalent experience, strong inspection experience and willingness for on-call duty where beneficial.
