You’ll remain hands-on clinically while also stepping into a leadership position where your experience, ideas, and influence genuinely matter. This role is ideal for someone who:

• Loves mentoring and supporting others
• Wants involvement in how a clinic is run day-to-day

• Is ready to step into leadership - without the risk of owning a clinic (there are ownership pathway opportunities)

• Delivering high-quality physiotherapy care across a diverse caseload
• Mentoring and supporting junior clinicians
• Helping drive clinical standards, culture, and team performance
• Working closely with the Directors on clinic growth and strategy
• Having real input into systems, services, and future direction
• Being the key leader within our Townsville clinic

• AHPRA-registered Physiotherapist
• Strong clinical experience (sports, private practice, or mixed caseloads welcome)
• Natural leadership qualities - whether formal or informal
• Someone proactive, positive, and invested in team success
