Dietary Manager

New Mark Rehab & Healthcare is seeking an experienced and motivated Dietary Manager to lead our dietary services department and ensure high-quality nutrition and dining experiences for our residents.

The Dietary Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of food service operations, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, and maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming dining environment. This role plays a key part in supporting resident health, satisfaction, and overall quality of care.

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily dietary department operations
• Ensure meals meet nutritional guidelines, physician orders, and resident preferences
• Maintain compliance with all health, sanitation, and safety regulations
• Supervise, train, and schedule dietary staff
• Manage food inventory, ordering, and cost control
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary teams regarding resident dietary needs
• Ensure proper documentation and readiness for surveys and inspections

• Previous experience as a Dietary Manager in a healthcare or long-term care setting
• Knowledge of state and federal dietary regulations
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
