, delivering ACOEM-validated diagnostic and treatment protocols.
We’re hiring a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-home neurologic and functional evaluations and treatment for brain injury patients. This role is ideal for PTs seeking flexible, independent, patient-focused work outside a traditional clinic.
Responsibilities- Perform in-home evaluations and treatment for TBI/post-concussion patients
- Develop and implement individualized rehab plans
- Collaborate with neurologists and multidisciplinary teams
- Document care clearly and efficiently
- Active Physical Therapist license
- Neuro, vestibular, or post-concussion experience preferred
- Comfortable working independently in patient homes
