Overview

Position Summary

The primary function of this position is to provide systems project management, software support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for CPH s EHR and other CPH supported clinical applications. In this role, you will participate in the selection, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of software applications to effectively support CPH s clinical information system needs. As a key member of the IS team, you will participate in improving overall IS service to CPH and its business affiliates.

This position requires high self-motivation and excellent communication skills.

Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Nursing
  • 5 years relevant experience
  • Current AK RN licensure.
  • Relevant experience may substitute; minimum 9 years combined education / experience is required
  • Four years of experience with Meditech, EPIC or other enterprise HCIS
  • Demonstrated Project Management and CPOE & related experience required
Preferred
  • Basic SQL; familiarity with HL7 & EDI standards.
  • Certified Professional in Health Information management Systems (CPHIMS)
  • Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (CPHIT)
  • Certified Associate in Project Management
