Position SummaryThe primary function of this position is to provide systems project management, software support, maintenance, troubleshooting, and training for CPH s EHR and other CPH supported clinical applications. In this role, you will participate in the selection, development, implementation, testing, and documentation of software applications to effectively support CPH s clinical information system needs. As a key member of the IS team, you will participate in improving overall IS service to CPH and its business affiliates.
This position requires high self-motivation and excellent communication skills.
- Bachelors degree in Nursing
- 5 years relevant experience
- Current AK RN licensure.
- Relevant experience may substitute; minimum 9 years combined education / experience is required
- Four years of experience with Meditech, EPIC or other enterprise HCIS
- Demonstrated Project Management and CPOE & related experience required
- Basic SQL; familiarity with HL7 & EDI standards.
- Certified Professional in Health Information management Systems (CPHIMS)
- Certified Professional in Health Information Technology (CPHIT)
- Certified Associate in Project Management
