Location and schedule: FT Day; M-F 8:00am-4:30pm;
Saint Luke's Cardiac Clinic, Kansas City, MO.
Perform a variety of medical office duties, including answering the telephone, communicating messages through email or Epic, greeting, registering and scheduling patient appointments,
Collect patient copayments, make appointment reminder calls, verify insurance and other patient data for accuracy, and scan and/or upload patient information to the patient's electronic chart.
Provide backup for other positions and functions in the medical office, including medical records, scheduling, insurance verification, patient referrals, etc.
Ability to float between multiple locations as assigned.
Work to ensure patient confidentiality in all instances while maintaining a pleasant and professional appearance and conduct.
