Assist residents with activities of daily living including ambulation, transferring, showering, personal hygiene, incontinence care, and feeding.;
Engage residents in activities, leading group or one-on-one sessions as requested.;
Encourage socialization and participation in planned activities and help residents develop friendships.;
Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; assist with housekeeping tasks including laundry.;
Document changes in residents' eating habits and health status; report to Wellness Director.
