Overview
We are seeking a Full-Time Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our integrated healthcare team in a primary care setting.
Responsibilities- Provide behavioral health assessments, counseling, and care coordination
- Collaborate with primary care providers within an integrated care model
- Participate in school-based and community outreach programs
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation in the EHR
MSW required, Missouri LCSW license or eligibility, preferred experience in clinical or medical settings, strong communication and teamwork skills.
Schedule & BenefitsFull-time, Monday–Friday outpatient schedule with competitive salary ($70,000–$85,000), comprehensive benefits including PTO, holidays, CEU support, and retirement options.
