• Provides individual, group, and family therapies as well as case management services.
• Recommends and implements general therapeutic interventions for individual clients and overall program development.
• Functions as the therapist for patients and families with the psychiatrist as clinical team leader.
• Additional cross‑training/work functions in Utilization Management, including completion of certifications with insurance for hospital stays.
• Conducts clinical interviews and recommends to patients and family levels of care consistent with presenting treatment needs.
• Plans arrangements for aftercare, including safety planning.
• Licensure required (PLPC/LPC/LMSW/LCSW for the State of MO).
• Assists the Intake Manager in planning, coordination, and evaluation of all daily activities of the Intake Department, including triage of emergency and non‑emergency calls and conducting intake assessments.
• Monday to Friday schedule, 4 pm – midnight.

• Less than 1 year relevant experience.
• Provisional license – various.
• Master's Degree.

• Full Time.
