Salary Details- Targeted Salary: $120,000
- Targeted 20% Annual Bonus
- Remote with travel; we're actively recruiting in Minneapolis, MN, Kansas City, MO, and Chicago, IL.
This position provides technical support during the implant of the remedē System, and other technical support and training to improve patient outcomes.
Essential Functions- Provide technical support during implant of the remedē System
- Provide training to hospital staff during the opening of a new implanting center
- Provide technical support for therapy activation and titration
- Work closely with the Territory Manager (TM) to support all aspects of the sales process
- Support therapy optimization of the remedē System during overnight sleep studies
- Train new customers to use the remedē System programmer and to perform all aspects of device programming
- Work in a highly dynamic environment with an ever-changing schedule
- Maintain current vendor credentials to have access to customer facilities
- Provide remote technical support during scheduled “on-call” duties
- Bachelor's Degree preferably in a technical field required
- 2+ years in a clinical support role with a medical device company, preferably from the Cardiac Rhythm Management industry with extensive implant support experience required
- IBHRE certification Preferred

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
- Team-player mindset and willingness to collaborate
- Willing to take responsibility and act independently when necessary
- Ability to travel (including overnight stays) 80%
