You'll also dive into data like a detective—maintaining spreadsheets, tracking logs, and crafting reports that turn numbers into actionable insights. And as the trusted right-hand to our Department Director and Clinical Team Manager, you'll help keep our team on the path to success.

• High school diploma or equivalent GED (because knowledge is power!).
• Top-notch verbal and written communication skills (words are your superpower!).
• Fluent in English (because clear communication makes everything better!).
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft Word and Excel (spreadsheet wizards, we’re looking at you!).

• Experience as a unit clerk or in a medical support role (rockstar status!).
• Knowledge of medical terminology or coursework (speak the language of healthcare!).
