• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with each other to keep their spirits healthy.
• Create a safe environment where residents can thrive.
• Assist with resident personal hygiene.
• Set up meal trays and document food and fluid intake.
• Make beds and keep residents’ spaces clean and tidy.
• Serve meals and help patients eat.
• Measure vital signs such as blood pressure and temperature.
• Assist patients with bathing and using the bathroom.
