• Setting up and maintaining the surgical suite with instruments, supplies, and advanced equipment to ensure safe, seamless procedures.
• Assisting with patient transport, positioning, prepping, and draping while prioritizing comfort, privacy, and safety.
• Scrubbing in and partnering with the surgical team by providing instruments, handling specimens, and anticipating the team’s needs.
• Monitoring patients and surgical equipment throughout procedures, responding promptly and effectively to any concerns.
• Upholding sterile technique, completing room turnover efficiently, and supporting a high-performing, collaborative team environment.

• Must have 1+ years of OR Tech experience.
• Tech II – in addition to meeting the requirements of an OR Tech I position, must also be competent to perform as first scrub in three of the four following specialty areas:
  Robotic, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, and Vascular Surgery.
• Graduate of an accredited school of Certified Operating Room Technicians (CORT).
• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) from National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) or Tech in Surgery (TS‑C) from National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) required upon hire.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) from American Heart Association or American Red Cross required upon hire.
