• Provide top‑tier care to patients in an acute care setting.
• Build and refine technical skills through formal training.
• Work with a team of nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care.
• Perform duties with pride, aligned with high standards and mission to provide excellent healthcare.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current BCLS certification when hired; certification must be kept current for continued employment.

• Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) training or documentation of competency in required regulatory areas.
• Specific experience or certification conditions (e.g., nursing assistant, EMT, medical assistant, prior nurse assistant experience, etc.) may waive certain UAP training requirements.
• Compliance with staffing agency position requirements.
• If criteria are not met, incumbent prohibited from providing direct patient care to acute care patients undergoing a procedure in the outpatient setting.
