* The Opportunity:

** We are hiring an experienced APP for our Plaza Primary Care Clinic in Kansas City, MO.
** The Work:
*** This position is accountable for advanced nursing practice in the care of assigned patient populations
* Responsible for collecting and analyzing client health data
* Identifies appropriate expected outcomes
* Develops and implements patient plan of care
* Provides comprehensive clinical coordination of care and case management
* Provides consultation to influence plan of care for clients using prescriptive authority procedures and treatment in accordance with state and federal laws and regulations
* Evaluates clients progress in attaining expected outcomes
* Conducts nursing research and provides education to patient family and nursing staff
* Position will primarily see adult patient population

Candidates with 2-3 years of advanced practice preferred.

Master's Degree, Dual licensure APRN Missouri and Kansas, BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross required.
