Key Rehab is looking for a Physical Therapist in a Part Time or PRN capacity to join our team of health professionals in providing excellent care in the Appleton City, MO area in a SNF setting.

• Evaluate each patient, create treatment plans, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Position is divided between Home Health and SNF settings and offers a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

• Strong Organizational and Problem‑Solving Skills.
• Flexibility and Team Collaboration.
• Exceptional Communication.
• Experience with Geriatric Population.
• Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations.
