** Job Description
** Performs physical therapy services under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist.  Communicates progress to intradepartmental staff and interdepartmental staff.  May assist with supervision of PTA students.  Maintains equipment and departmental supplies.
** Minimum Requirements
*** Missouri Physical Therapist Assistant License
* Verbal and written communication skills required to discuss and document treatment programs and work issues
* Physical ability to teach and demonstrate locomotor skills, gross and fine-motor skills.
* Must maintain certification in BCLS for continued employment.
** Preferred
* ** Associates Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
* One-year of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
