Shift schedule:
Sunday and Monday, 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm

• Advocate of Empathy: Be responsible for understanding empathy and creating human connection with residents during their most vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer: Discover residents’ interests, abilities, and what makes each resident unique. Collaborate to create appropriate engagement plans and implement strategies with patience to ensure success.
• Master of the Mise en Scène: Set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms for their nighttime routine.
• Life Partner: Partner with residents to achieve all facets of daily life from waking to sleeping.
• Document resident care and changes in condition excellently.
• Assist with orientation of team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• You can read, write, understand, and communicate in English with our residents.
• You have a positive and energetic attitude and LOVE our residents.
• You possess computer skills to print documents and enter information about our residents.
• You are physically active; the role requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping all day.
• You can lift and/or move items up to 50 pounds.
• You can assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• You have a criminal background clearance.
