** What You'll Be Doing:**
* ** Getting Patients Ready to Shine** – Prep charts, check vitals, and set the stage for great care!
* ** Hands-On Clinical Work** – Administer meds, give immunizations, collect specimens, and assist with minor procedures like wound care, suture removal, and more.
* ** Tech Savvy & Detail-Oriented** – Keep patient records up to date in our electronic medical records (EMR) system.
* ** Team Player Extraordinaire** – Support providers, participate in team huddles, and help keep the clinic running like a well-oiled machine.
* ** Patient Educator** – Help patients understand their treatment plans, new medications, and follow-up care.
** What You Bring to the Table:**

* Education:

** High School Diploma or Equivalent and Graduate of an Accredited Medical Assistant Program
* ** Certification:
** Certified Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, NRCMA, or CCMA) – Required at time of hire and must be maintained.
* ** Certification:
** Current BLS Certification (or ability to obtain before starting).
* ** Knowledge & Skills
- ** Knowledge of POCT, Immunizations, and Injections – You’ll be giving shots like a pro!
* ** Strong Problem-Solving Skills** – You think on your feet and adapt quickly.
* ** Excellent Organization & Time Management** – You keep things running like a well-oiled machine.
* ** Customer Service Rockstar** – Patients feel comfortable and cared for in your hands.
* ** Tech-Savvy** – Comfortable with Microsoft applications and EMR systems.
* ** Radiology Certification** *(if applicable)* – If the role requires X-ray functions, you must have radiology training from your MA program or a validated competency checklist.
