Senior Star is seeking Medication Partners for Assisted Living and Memory Support. We offer part‑time positions (7 PM–11 PM, 7 AM–7 PM, 7 PM–7 AM) and full‑time positions (12‑hour shifts, days and nights). Med Tech Certification Required. As a Medication Partner, you are an invaluable part of the Senior Star family. Your role is essential in ensuring the safety, well‑being, and happiness of our residents. Here’s what you’ll do:
- Caregiving:
Provide compassionate assistance with daily living activities. - Medication Administration:
Safely and accurately administer medications to assisted living and memory care residents. - Health Monitoring:
Observe and document residents’ behavior and changes in condition, ensuring timely communication with the care team. - Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records of medications and care services. - Inventory Management:
Process doctor’s orders and maintain medication inventories. - Resident Engagement:
Participate in programs and activities that bring joy and enrichment to our residents. - Call Response:
Address resident requests and call lights promptly with kindness and efficiency. - Housekeeping:
Perform routine tasks to ensure a clean and safe living environment.
- Certified Medication Technician or Aide (required)
