Summary
Under the direction of the Department Director and Senior Physical Therapists, the Physical Therapist provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities. The clinic specializes in orthopedic and neurological conditions with a primary patient population of teenagers to adults.
Responsibilities- Evaluate and treat patients, conducting 60‑minute 1:1 evaluations and treatments.
- Provide 4–10 hour or 5–8 hour shifts, Monday through Friday, with scheduled end time of 6–6:30 p.m.
- Support acute care needs on 1 holiday and 1 weekend day per year.
- Receive training before starting to ensure competency and comfort in the setting.
- Active Missouri State Physical Therapist license (PT).
- Bachelors in Physical Therapy.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from American Heart Association.
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
