  • Accurately document patient visits in real time while shadowing the provider
  • Collect vital health information and help patients understand their care plan
  • Perform point‑of‑care testing (POCT), immunizations, and injections
  • Assist with ordering tests, medications, and follow‑ups
  • Help keep things running smoothly by handling clerical tasks
  • Be a friendly, knowledgeable face patients can count on!

  • Comfortable with multitasking and thinking on your feet
  • Great with technology (Microsoft Office and EHR systems)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Passion for providing exceptional patient care
  • Completed a medical terminology course or have one year of experience using it on the job
  • Understand and respect HIPAA and patient privacy guidelines
  • (Bonus!) Radiology training or certification if your role includes radiologic functions
Why You’ll Love It Here
  • Be part of a supportive, tight‑knit team
  • Every day is different – never a dull moment!
  • Make a real difference in patients' lives
  • Learn and grow alongside compassionate professionals
