Schedule:

Full Time, 36 hours per week, Nights.

You will have the opportunity to provide care to a variety of conditions, acuity levels, and treatment plans by floating to our 4 metro hospital location ICUs, including Cardiac ICU, Cardiovascular ICU, Med Surg/Trauma ICU, and Neurosurgical ICU. You will be accountable for utilizing the nursing process, performing patient care, delegating patient care tasks, supervising other patient care staff, and coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients.

You will consult with other members of the health care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Supportive leadership team, nursing assistants assist, intensivists and NP’s work alongside RNs during shifts, respiratory therapy available ra incentives available for picking up additional shifts.

• Applicable
  
  Experience:
  
  2 years of ICU or high acuity experience
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support RQI – Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI)
• Basic Life Support RQI – Resuscitation Quality Improvement (RQI)
• Registered Nurse (MO) Multi-State – National Council of State Boards of Nursing (NURSYS)
• Trauma Nurse Core Course – Healthstream
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
