Summary
Under the direction of the Department Director and the Physical Therapy Supervisor, provides quality physical therapy services to patients through evaluation and administration of treatment to restore function and prevent disabilities.
Physical Therapist ResponsibilitiesPhysical therapist to support evaluations and treatments in outpatient setting scheduled 16-20 hr/ wk (preferred days T/F, or W/F) for adults. Candidates with interest/ experience in pediatrics would be a bonus to support an upcoming maternity leave.
Candidate will also be cross trained for acute care and will support needs as indicated including 1 weekend per month minimum (can work more if interested).
Holiday requirement will be 1 holiday per year and 1 holiday weekend per year minimum (can work more if interested and this weekend serves as 1 required weekend per month).
Special SkillsStrong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
License / CertificationRequired:
PT (Physical Therapist), BLS (Basic Life Support) from AHA (American Heart Association).
Required:
Bachelors - Physical Therapy.
