- This position is located under of Field Operations - Region 3 Phoenix, Arizona Glendale, California Saint Paul, Minnesota Kansas City, Missouri The employees will report to the below CGIC offices:
Phoenix IV, St. Paul III, Kansas City IV, and Glendale IV - Duties:
Serves as the primary division intelligence subject matter expert, acting as the division's intelligence liaison to other internal and external partners. - Provides leadership and guidance to the field intelligence group and directs and or coordinates assigned task studies or projects of which may cross-functional lines and may involve other government agencies or the industry.
- Plans, coordinates and oversees the effective development of CGIC programs.
- Managing intelligence efforts, investigations, strategies and technologies use to gather, analyze, and evaluate.
- Ensures the field division's intelligence efforts are coordinated with the field division SAC and all requests and referrals from OSII are responded to in a timely manner.
- Ensures criminal intelligence developed within their field division is documented in ATF's case management systems in accordance with ATF policy.
- Ensure criminal intelligence information reports, advisors, alerts, and assessments submitted by subordinates meet the standard reasonable indication.
- Plans, coordinates and oversees the effective development of CGIC.

Key Requirements:
Must be U.S. Citizen or National Selective Service registration is required for males born on, or after, December 31st 1959. Those not registered should have an approved exemption on file. May be required to serve a one-year probationary period. You must be a current permanent Department of Justice employee with competitive status or a CTAP/RPL eligible candidate. Pass drug screening and subject to random drug test.

New employees hired pursuant to this vacancy announcement must sign a mobility agreement.
