Commercial Lender

The Commercial Lender is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate (CRE) loan relationships. This position emphasizes new business development while maintaining sound credit quality and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.

• Originate new C&I and CRE loan relationships through business development activities
• Maintain a consistent level of new loan production, targeting $20MM or more annually
• Structure and present commercial credit requests in compliance with bank credit policy
• Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial relationships
• Monitor borrower performance and identify emerging credit risks
• Partner with credit administration and portfolio management on underwriting and loan monitoring
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting
• Represent the bank in community and business development activities
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience with C&I and CRE exposure
• Demonstrated history of originating $20MM+ in annual new loan production
• Strong understanding of commercial credit analysis and loan structuring
• Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
• Experience with complex or multi-entity credit structures
