Risk Manager/Analyst, Financial Analyst
The Commercial Lender is responsible for originating, structuring, and managing commercial and industrial (C&I) and commercial real estate (CRE) loan relationships. This position emphasizes new business development while maintaining sound credit quality and adherence to bank policies and regulatory requirements.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Originate new C&I and CRE loan relationships through business development activities
- Maintain a consistent level of new loan production, targeting $20MM or more annually
- Structure and present commercial credit requests in compliance with bank credit policy
- Manage an assigned portfolio of commercial relationships
- Monitor borrower performance and identify emerging credit risks
- Partner with credit administration and portfolio management on underwriting and loan monitoring
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation and reporting
- Represent the bank in community and business development activities
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of 5 years of commercial lending experience with C&I and CRE exposure
- Demonstrated history of originating $20MM+ in annual new loan production
- Strong understanding of commercial credit analysis and loan structuring
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, accounting, or related field
- Experience with complex or multi-entity credit structures
