LHH is partnering with a company looking to add a Controller to their team. This role will serve as a key partner to senior operations and executive leadership, driving strategic decision‑making across the enterprise. This is a high‑impact role with significant visibility and influence.

• Provide executive leadership with timely, accurate consolidated financial results and guide the close, reporting, and analysis process
• Lead the organization’s budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range planning efforts, aligning financial priorities with operational strategy
• Oversee day‑to‑day accounting activities across multiple locations
• Collaborate closely with operations leadership to evaluate performance, refine KPIs, and support strategic initiatives and project execution

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
• 8-10 years of progressive accounting and finance experience
• Demonstrated leadership ability and a track record of partnering effectively with executives
• Salary range: up to $185k plus bonus
