Hourly: $21.40 – $24.50 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)

The main purpose of this job is to oversee outsourced vault operations in assigned markets, including ATMs, commercialritelnions, and retail branches.

• Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

• Manage the vault inventory by accurately anticipating future coin & currency needs of commercial customers, branches and ATMs for each market.
• Apply currency management knowledge and analytics to maintain appropriate inventory levels.
• Collaborate with Treasury Sales to onboard new commercial customers and maintain ongoing relationships.
• Support vendor processes by resolving errors and addressing issues for both internal and external customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Intermediate knowledge of Federal Reserve operating rules and ATM system processing.
• Ability to manage vendor relationships and resolve service issues independently.
• Motivated and organized self‑starter with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Inquisitive, agile, and strong team player with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow aligned with our culture and Core Valuesfname.
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and Outlook.

• Associate’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
• 2+ years of bank operations experience required.
• 1+ year of vault operations experience preferred.
• Hybrid schedule:
  In office 2 days per week (5 days per week in office for the first 6 months).

  The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for any applicable differentials (geographic, bilingual, or shift) that could be associated with the position or where it is filled. At Commerce, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each situation. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay is $21.40 to $24.50 per hour.
