Compensation Range
Annual Salary: $50,000.00 - $50,000.00 (Amount based on relevant experience, skills, and competencies.)
About This Job
The main purpose of this job is to sell investment products to individual investors.
Essential Functions
- Manage an existing client book of business with recurring revenue
- Partner with internal team members to generate new business opportunities
- Contact customers to introduce your planning, investment and insurance services
- Leverage digital tools to enhance your client’s experience, including Money Guide Pro , eSignature and Sales Force
- Perform other duties as assigned
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required
- Strong knowledge of the brokerage and financial services industry
- Strong ability to build client relationships and sell financial services
- Motivated and organized self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Inquisitive, agile and strong team player with excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to remain adaptable and resilient to all situations with an optimistic outlook and cast a positive shadow that is aligned with our culture and Core Values
- Basic level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
- 5+ years related financial services experience required
- FINRA Series 7 & 66 licenses, and Life & Health licenses required. Clean CRD required.
- Level of role is determined by knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education
