Overview
A growing organization is seeking a Finance Partner to serve as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders. This role is responsible for delivering financial insights that influence strategy, operational performance, and long-term growth initiatives. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, business-oriented, and comfortable partnering cross-functionally in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Do
Strategic Finance & Planning
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting activities
- Build and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making
- Analyze performance trends, risks, and variances
- Prepare forecasts and financial insights for senior leadership
- Deliver ad hoc analysis to support operational and commercial initiatives
Business Partnership
- Act as a strategic financial advisor to business unit leaders
- Provide scenario modeling and sensitivity analysis to evaluate business outcomes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial and operational goals
Process Improvement & Analytics
- Identify opportunities to improve financial reporting, tools, and analytics
- Support the development of FP&A capabilities and best practices
- Leverage financial systems and technology to enhance decision-making
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of experience in finance, accounting, FP&A, or a related role
- Strong financial modeling, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence stakeholders and communicate with non-financial leaders
- Experience operating in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
