This will be a day shift job - Software used: Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel

You will control, analyze, and report financial transactions and performance. Duties include overseeing reconciliation of account balances, treasury management, and month-end close procedures.
Responsibilities- Daily Cash Management & Reconciliation
- Short term cash forecasting
- Support ABL compliance and review ineligibles for improvement opportunities
- Support Credit processes in peak periods
- Consolidation and elimination adjustments
- Maintain compliance with internal controls
- Ensure reconciliations and reviews are performed timely company-wide
- Assist in year-end audit by preparing and reviewing audit schedules and working with auditors
- Responsible for routine variance analysis
- Backup for Broker reconciliation role
- Process improvement
- Month-end close entries
- Projects as assigned
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting (MAcc or MBA a plus)
- At least 2 years accounting experience
- Experience with grain or other commodity companies a plus
- Public accounting experience a plus
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to build relationships with teams across multiple locations and countries
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Very high moral values and professional work ethic
- Deadline-oriented
- Strong organization and planning skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Analytical problem solver
- This job is not physically strenuous. You must be able to sit at a desk and be able to utilize computers and calculators
