** Compensation Range

** About This Job
** The main purpose of this job is to ensure a timely, complete, and accurate processing of bill payment transactions.
** Essential Functions
*** Ensure a timely, complete and accurate processing of bill payment transactions
* Facilitate all distributions related to the bill payment product offering; responsible for processing and/or quality review of one time and recurring distributions/receipts and cost basis, ensure all compliance requirements have been met and all processing and coding is complete, timely, and accurate
* Build and maintain relationships, ensure appropriate controls are in place for all processes related to the bill payment product offering; responsible for identifying accounts with past due bill payments, collaborating with the internal departments to identify clients with additional bill payments that can be serviced
* Drive process improvements, maintain documentation, and assist with projects and testing
* Work closely with other support teams within the Trust Company to resolve client transactions and with other team members to assist/backup during high volumes or absence
* Perform other duties as assigned
** Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required
*** Basic knowledge of wealth management bill payment practices
* Strong business acumen and the ability to make timely and sound business recommendations
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to prioritize work to meet deadline and service level agreements
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
* Ability to resolve problems and identify and drive process improvements

* Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
** Education & Experience
*** Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting or equivalent combination of education and experience required
