Finance Process Excellence Lead Specialist

Act as a key partner in driving the modernization and digitalization of finance processes across the SEA region, contributing to the standardization, automation, and continuous improvement of core finance operations. Support the design, optimization, and implementation of end-to-end finance processes (Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Order to Cash, etc.), ensuring alignment with global policies and best practices.

Collaborate with Group and Regional teams to integrate finance processes within the wider Flutter SEA technology and data landscape, ensuring process efficiency and system connectivity. Play a leading role in ERP and finance system initiatives (e.g., Oracle Cloud or other enterprise solutions), including requirements definition, testing, data validation, and deployment, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and control integrity. At least 3/5 years of experience in Accounting, Finance Operations, or Finance Transformation roles within a multinational environment.

Strong understanding of finance processes (R2R, P2P, O2C) and internal control frameworks (SOX, ICFR). Proven experience with ERP systems (SAP ECC/S4, Oracle Cloud, or similar) and advanced Excel / data analysis skills. Demonstrated ability to lead process improvement initiatives, from analysis and design to implementation and adoption. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and regions.

Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential.
