Business Segment Overview:
Corporate: Engage in a deep variety of business-critical activities that keep our company running efficiently. From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you’ll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies.
Position Purpose: Entry-level role supporting the accounting team in maintaining accurate financial records. Apply principles of accounting to compile and analyze financial information and prepare financial reports.
ResponsibilitiesPrimary duties will include:
- Assists with monthly, quarterly and annual close processes.
- Prepares and posts entries to general ledger accounts with appropriate supporting documentation.
- Prepares general ledger account reconciliations, including documentation of reconciliation process.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies.
- Investigates and corrects errors and inconsistencies in financial entries, documents, and reports.
- Communicates with both internal and external auditors and satisfies their requests related to quarterly reviews and annual audits, as well as for information to ensure Sarbanes-Oxley compliance (“SOX”).
- Ensure that all deadlines are met in accordance with the closing dates set by management.
- Maintains prompt and regular attendance.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in a financial environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Fundamental knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
- Fundamental knowledge of accounting software systems.
- Experience with Oracle or Oracle Cloud ERP system a plus
- Familiarity with SOX controls is beneficial.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and teamwork skills.
- Strong work ethic and emphasis on attention to details.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the US for any employer.
Physical requirements/Working conditions:
- 4 days per week onsite, 1 day per week remote
- Climate controlled office environment
- Minimal physical requirements other than occasional light lifting of boxed materials.
- Dynamic, time-sensitive environment
