Regional Controller

We have partnered with a local company seeking to hire a Regional Controller to support the rapid growth of a newly launched division. This is a newly created role offering high visibility and the opportunity to play a key part in building scalable financial operations.

This position is operationally focused, partnering closely with project teams to ensure projects are financially on track. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone looking to move beyond transactional accounting and gain a broader, business-level perspective.

• Oversee accounting and financial operations for the Engineering division
• Partner with Project Managers to monitor budgets, costs, forecasts, and margins
• Analyze project performance and proactively identify financial risks and opportunities
• Support month-end close, financial reporting, and variance analysis
• Help establish and improve accounting processes as the business scales
• Serve as a financial partner to operational and senior leadership

• ~5–7 years of accounting experience
• Background in public accounting, corporate accounting, or a combination
• Experience in construction, engineering, or other project-based environments preferred
• Exposure to project accounting or job costing strongly preferred
• CPA preferred
