Job Description The Mutual Funds Assistant will directly support N.I.S. Financial Services, Ozark National Life, Registered Principles, and Customer Service. The ideal candidate will have a data entry background, with strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities- Provide excellent service to customers and Registered Representative Service.
- Review, enter data into AS400, copy and image new applications.
- Correspondence letters to agents and clients.
- Review and forward additional purchases to a variety of mutual fund companies.
- Send data entry and forward address changes to a variety of mutual fund companies.
- Complete monthly blotter updates.
- Add or detach policies to new and existing mutual funds.
- Open and distribute mail to employees and departments.
- Assist with monthly, quarterly and annual projects.
- File and image correspondence.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Must be able to learn and adapt to new procedures and technology.
- Must be able to effectively prioritize workflow.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
