nalyst will help support the team’s coverage and growth on hedging interest rate risk for the bank’s commercial clients. This role will have a broad range of responsibility to support the group which includes structuring/pricing transactions, execution, portfolio management, reporting and analysis.
- Price and structure derivative transactions using quantitative models.
- Support the team with legal documentation for transactions.
- Assist in middle office responsibilities for post-trade tasks.
- Support back-office responsibilities on payments, notices, reports and ad-hoc requests.
- Partner with the bank’s operations team, credit administration, and other internal parties on hedging needs.
- Optimizeclient experience and ensure efficiency of processes.
- Support energy hedging initiatives and tasks when needed.
- Other duties as necessary.
- You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
- You 2+ years of experience in interest rate derivatives or banking.
- You have a background in financial markets, derivatives pricing, and risk management.
- You show interest in financial services, specifically within commercial banking, and global financial markets.
- You have organizational and project management skills.
- You can multi-task and work independently.
- You can build relationships with internal and external partners.
- You can provide expertise in interest rate hedging strategies and rate market update.
- You can analyze and solve problems.
- You can perform duties under frequent time pressures.
$51,480.00 - $99,330.00
