Key Responsibilities- Direct all facets of financial planning, including budgeting, forecasting, and long‑range investment strategies.
- Serve as a financial advisor to the executive team and board, delivering strategic recommendations based on accurate financial data.
- Oversee external audits and maintain compliance with all regulatory financial reporting requirements.
- Spearhead the development and implementation of internal control systems and financial policies.
- Manage cash flow planning and optimize the organization’s financial position through effective treasury operations.
- Analyze capital investment opportunities and participate in merger and acquisition planning.
- Provide leadership to the accounting team, promoting continuous development and operational efficiency.
- Lead risk management initiatives, including business insurance planning and financial safeguards.
- Collaborate across departments during strategic planning and performance reviews.
- Maintain relationships with banking partners and evaluate options for long‑term and short‑term financing.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field. CPA strongly preferred.
- 7–10 years of progressive leadership experience in financial and accounting management.
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial regulations, particularly in highly regulated industries.
- Proven ability to manage audits, drive strategic planning processes, and present financial insights to executive leadership.
- Hands‑on experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
- Strong analytical, leadership, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience working in or supporting telecommunications or broadband services is highly advantageous.
