You’ll work on a diverse array of projects, responsibilities and tasks, providing up-to-the-minute tax advice to our clients in a highly collaborative culture.

• Researching our clients’ business operations and building long-lasting relationships with them
• Identifying applicable sales and use tax exemptions and exclusions
• Identifying potential over payment opportunities or risks and communicating these to our clients
• Monitoring current tax law changes, to maintain your credibility as a trusted advisor
• Developing clear, intelligent plans and approaches for sales and use tax recoveries
• Preparing and defending sales and use tax refund claims
• Participating on a motivated team of professionals
• Managing a motivated team of professionals, guaranteeing they have the skills, knowledge and opportunities to reach their full potential

• A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline
• Professional knowledge in a broad range of sales and use tax processes, concepts and tools
• Experience managing budgets, people and projects
• A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization
• Technical writing and research experience in a tax context
• The ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects
• Strong influencing skills, and the confidence to question existing processes
• Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

• Achieved CPA qualification, or certification as a member of the Institute for Professionals in Taxation, CMI designation, or membership in a state bar

• A comprehensive compensation and benefits package with base salary ranging from $105,100 to $192,600 (or higher in certain metros), plus medical, dental, pension, 401(k), and paid time off options.
• Hybrid work model with 40–60% in-person engagement.
