We are seeking a friendly and dependable Usher to support event operations and provide excellent guest assistance at live events in the Kansas City area. The Usher will help guide attendees, manage seating areas, and ensure a safe and welcoming environment throughout each event. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy customer interaction and working in a fast-paced event setting.

• Greet guests and provide directions to seating, entrances, and exits
• Assist attendees with seating arrangements and general event inquiries
• Monitor assigned areas to ensure safety and organization
• Support crowd flow and maintain clear walkways
• Assist with event setup and breakdown as needed
• Communicate with event staff to address guest needs

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Customer service, hospitality, or event experience is a plus
• Friendly, professional, and approachable demeanor
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
• Able to lift up to 25–40 lbs as needed
