Overview

Bally's Corporation is a global casino-entertainment company with a growing omni-channel presence. Bally's owns and operates 19 casinos across 11 states, along with other gaming and interactive platforms. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and welcoming attitude toward all external and internal guests at all times.
• Wash Dishes daily.
• Fill ice bins as needed.
• Empty garbage and mop floors.
• Maintain TiPS certification.
• Have complete knowledge of all casino events and promotional activities.
• Keep work area in a clean and orderly manner.
• Ensure the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Comply with all policies and procedures established by Bally's and departmental management.
• Other duties as assigned or any reasonable request from any member of management.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES and OTHER CHARACTERISTICS:

• Six months experience in the beverage field is preferred.
• Must obtain and maintain Missouri Gaming Commission occupational license, Kansas City, Missouri liquor permit, and TiPS certification.
• Must be able to work any assigned shift, including late nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Read, write, and understand simple instructions.
• Communicate appropriately with all departments and fellow team members.
• Understand and adhere to all Missouri Gaming Commission regulations, sanitation and health department regulations for safe handling of alcohol, and any other federal, state, and/or local regulations.
• Effectively handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
• Accurately perform all assigned job duties in a high-volume, fast-paced environment under frequent time pressures.

• PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
  While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to spend the majority of the shift walking and standing; reaching with hands and arms; using hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; and talking and hearing. The team member must frequently lift and/or move up to 200 pounds with assistance. The team member must also frequently bend, crouch, or stoop.
  
  Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  While performing the duties of this job, the team member is constantly exposed to variable temperatures, smoke, and bright flashing lights. The noise level in the work environment is usually very loud.
