We’re always interested in connecting with experienced HVAC Programmers who thrive in a fast-paced, technical environment and enjoy leading projects from kickoff to closeout

• Collaborate with Project Managers to understand scope, timelines, and technical requirements
• Program and commission DDC controllers for HVAC and building automation systems
• Write, test, debug, and refine control logic to meet system performance goals
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues
  
  Integrate third-party devices and platforms into BAS environments
• Conduct peer code reviews to uphold quality and industry best practices
• Document control sequences, configurations, and development processes
• Support system startup, commissioning, and post-installation optimization
• Stay current on HVAC controls trends, emerging technologies, and industry standards
