A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring for Electronic Test Technician

  6:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd Shift

  2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
• 3rd Shift
  
  Hours:
  
  10:30 PM – 7:00 AM

As an Electronic Test Technician, you will:

• Support testing, troubleshooting, and verification of advanced electronic products across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts.
• Perform hands-on work with a wide range of test equipment, engineering documentation, and proprietary systems.
• Demonstrate initiative, technical aptitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Perform product testing using detailed work instructions, test procedures, and engineering documents.
• Set up and operate a wide range of electronic test equipment.
• Troubleshoot electronic assemblies and components.
• Load software and firmware as part of testing processes.

• Education:
  
  HS Diploma or AA/AS degree OR equivalent post-secondary technical training
• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years of experience in electronics testing, troubleshooting, or military electronics training
• Ability to read and interpret:
  Schematics, Wiring diagrams, Engineering drawings
• Experience with RF, digital, and analog testing
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills

Desired Skills

• Experience with a broad range of test equipment, including but not limited to:
• Oscilloscopes
  • Multimeters
  • Power supplies
  • Spectrum analyzers
  • Automated Test Equipment (ATE)
  • Collimators
  • Intromitters
  • Pulse generators

Note: Training may occur on the 1st shift; duration of training for 2nd and 3rd shift until the technician is fully comfortable.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range*: $26.39 - $29.56 per hour

* Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
