The Ash Group is hiring a Senior Construction Manager for our client (a world-renowned telecommunications company providing the technology and equipment that enables global mobile connectivity and 4G/5G networks). This is a Hybrid 12-month contract role based in Kansas City, MO
, offering a pay rate of $53.00 per hour.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience managing civil works for telecommunications projects
, strong knowledge of small cell and CRAN deployments

• Compensation: $53 per hour.

• Oversee civil works for small cell and CRAN projects, ensuring compliance with standards and safety guidelines.
• Maintain and update Site Handler with SOWs, NTPs, RFDS changes, and civil acceptance documentation.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and quality checks throughout construction phases.
• Monitor daily progress via PFA verification and manage the end-to-end close-out document review and sign-off process.
• Drive schedule adherence and troubleshoot issues to maintain timelines.

• Experience: 5+ years of experience managing large-scale telecommunications construction projects (over 500 sites
  ).
• Small Cell/CRAN Specialty: Expertise in small cell and CRAN deployments

• Technical Proficiency: Highly developed knowledge of civil design plans, RFDS, and telecom construction methods (CM3 level).
