Olsson offers its clients a full spectrum of water and wastewater services, including a complete line of planning, design, permitting, and construction phase services. Maintaining water quality is Olsson’s number one concern, and we respond to a broad set of client demands in a timely and cost‑effective manner. As an Engineer Intern on our Water/Wastewater team, you will contribute to essential infrastructure projects that make a real difference.
In this role, you will design and develop projects using advanced CAD and modeling software, conduct detailed technical analyses, and prepare precise construction documents. You will also provide construction services, perform research, and author technical reports.

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- Engineer Intern (EI) certificate is required.
- 1–4 years of experience; previous engineering consulting experience is helpful.
- AutoCAD or other related design software experience.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for public works projects.
