The Project circuitry will be the primary point on a variety of highly visible and critical projects for the organization. This position requires a high level of organization to lead team members in the development and production of deliverables that meet Global E&U’s high‑quality standards. The Project Engineer role will be seen as a technical thought leader amongst peers while participating in many facets:

Is construction process, such as general construction management.

• Participate in regular meetings with leadership to review progress, discuss concerns, and identify successes.
• Participate in project‑specific planning, design, construction, and milestones through completion.
• Lead the project delivery by delegating technical/design tasks and coaching those involved.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure adherence throughout the project lifecycle.
• Conduct site inspections and monitor progress to ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and successful project execution.
• Prepare and review engineering designs, drawings, and technical documentation.
• Lead QA/QC processes for projects and advise on necessary team‑wide changes.
• Conduct quality assurance and quality control on reports, plans and specifications, ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Implement team‑specific project delivery processes such as work breakdown structures.
• Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and experience through knowledge transfer to members of the team.
• Proactively communicate complex issues and solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of professional liability, quality procedures, and other engineering/technical skills.
• Highly proficient免费的 Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and the latest industry standards.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and negotiation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
