This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kansas City, MO, for a Senior Estimator at Butler Manufacturing. In this role, you will manage and prepare detailed cost estimates for complex construction projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with scope requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams, engineers, and clients to analyze project plans, evaluate materials and labor requirements, and deliver comprehensive cost proposals.

• Expertise in construction estimation, cost analysis, and value engineering
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail
• Three to five years of experience in construction estimation, preferably in nonresidential or pre‑engineered building systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with cross‑functional teams and clients
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
