* Position Overview:

** As a leader in digital manufacturing, you will set direction and provide overall leadership to IT/OT stakeholders, SLT, and production units to design and implement the site’s Digital Manufacturing Strategy, driving continuous improvement. You will execute functional leadership for the CORE and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) integration with SAP S4, providing technical guidance, troubleshooting, and hypercare activities.

Your role will involve driving the implementation of CORE satellite systems such as Kinaxis, Yard Logistics, OneMES, and Starlims. You will ensure successful execution of technical, QHSE compliance, and sustainability considerations in the planning, design, and execution of investment projects. Additionally, you will coordinate and assure uniformity in technical standards and operations on site, ensuring compliance with internal and external technical regulatory requirements and good engineering practices.

As the site owner and key user for the Kansas City Manufacturing Datamart in the Crop Science Warehouse (CSM), you will drive data governance to ensure data integrity and effective use of analytics tools. You will represent Kansas City and partner with regional and global groups to deliver innovative solutions and ensure strategic alignment. Partnering with the Process Control group, you will identify automation opportunities and drive Information Security Management (ISM) compliance.
** YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
