What You'll Be Doing

You’ll be diving deep into real engineering challenges that matter. Here’s a snapshot of your day-to-day:

  • Use tools like Solid Works, ANSYS, or CFD software to create and simulate system models.
  • Support the development of custom test hardware and physical modeling setups.
  • Contribute to technical documentation, reports, and client presentations.
  • Participate in team reviews, brainstorming sessions, and continuous improvement efforts.
What We Are Looking For

We're all about curiosity, collaboration, and craftsmanship. Here’s what we hope you bring:

  • Bachelors degree (or higher) in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in mechanical design, analysis, or testing.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (Solid Works preferred) and simulation software.
  • Strong communication skills, you'll work closely with other remote team members.
  • A self-starter attitude with the ability to manage your time and workload independently.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with CFD modeling, finite element analysis (FEA), or thermal systems.
  • Exposure to industries like pollution control, aerospace, or power systems.
  • Familiarity with custom test hardware or prototyping.
What You’ll Get From Us
  • Fully remote flexibility:
Work from where you're most productive.
  • Pay that respects your skills: $35-$50/hour based on experience.

Health, dental, vision, PTO, 401(k), we've got you covered.
  • Supportive culture:
You'll join a team that values innovation, communication, and people-first leadership.
  • Career growth:
Learn new skills, contribute to meaningful projects, and grow with us.
