Supervisor Plant; Make

Discover a more connected career. A successful Plant Supervisor will be overseeing the process of producing telecom design deliverables. This role must be effective at organizing multiple people around one or many different projects and/or clients and be capable of solving complex OSP design related problems. The position is required to provide weekly reports on their team’s production successes and failures to upper management.

A working knowledge of telecommunication networks, architectures, and the end-to-end deployment including common construction practices is required for this position.

• Strong ability in tools like Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel to identify and present data issues and opportunities
• Receive, organize, file, and maintain documents and/or data as well as read, interpret, input, and analyze data

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field (GIS, Geography, Urban Planning, Computer Science) or 5+ years’ related experience.
• Proficient in the use of hardware and engineering specific software (PCs, Tablets, IKE, Arc Map, Ocalc Pro, CAD, ArcGIS, Google, etc.)
• Advanced proficiency in assigned function (Drafting, Designing, Make Ready, Geographic Information Systems, etc.)
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screen, background, and motor vehicle record check.
